Service Process
In order to ensure that we a good fit to all our clients we conduct an initial assessment interview (can be a phone conference or 1-on-1 meeting) in order to establish the scope of work, number of hours required to complete a project, complexity of the project, expected deliverables, timelines, payments and other conditions set forth in a "Consulting Services Agreement".
The first interview takes about 2 hours whereas a representative from our company meets with the company/organization's principals. Our pricing depends upon scope of work. There are not fixed fee schedules for our services. We do charge a fee to conduct our first assestment interview which varies depending upon the referral source and/or other factors.
